Returns: My goal is to ensure that everyone is completely satisfied with their purchase. In keeping with that, I offer a 14 day money back guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me, and I will either replace your item with one of a similar value, or refund you on your purchase. After 14 days, and up to 30 days, you can still return the item for an exchange or for store credit. Items must be in like new condition.

Shipping: I offer free shipping on every US order over $50. It is a service that I feel I should offer my customers. With it being free, I cannot offer insurance included as well. On each item, you will have the option for free shipping, as well one that costs a few dollars, which will include insurance, to which you will only be paying for the insurance. Without insurance, any package that is lost or stolen, I will not be able to replace. Packages that arrive damaged will be replaced or refunded with or without insurance, as I package them to be able to withstand the chaos that is USPS.

Please note, I do my best to represent everything in to the best of my abilities. Stones may have different hues in person. Flaws may be more visible when in front of your eyes. Please just take in to account that these are natural gemstones and handmade jewelry when making your purchase.
